Renee Woods is a New Zealand Registered Architect with over 15 years of experience in the architectural industry. She holds a Master of Architecture from the Unitec School of Architecture (Hons) and became a Registered Architect with the New Zealand Registered Architects Board in 2017. Renee Woods Architect Ltd is proudly a member of Te Kahui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA).

Renee is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect the lifestyle and aspirations of her clients.

Her approach is grounded in collaboration, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of how architecture can enhance daily living.

Based in the coastal Coromandel community of Matarangi, Renee with her husband Josh (of Woods Construction Ltd) are raising their two young sons. Together, Renee and Josh often collaborate on projects to offer clients services that are both streamlined and cost-effective.
